Financial Manager - Mpumalanga Reporting to the CEO, we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial, accounting, and management functions of our operation. Duties and Responsibilities The Finance Manager will manage the full finance and accounting function, prepare management accounts, lead budgeting processes, analyse costs, monitor cash-flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. In addition, the role involves managing relationships with stakeholders, overseeing audits, reviewing procurement, and providing financial input into operational planning. Mining-Specific Responsibilities In a coal-mining environment, the Finance Manager should monitor costs, processing, equipment, and ensure accurate coal stockpile and inventory reconciliation. Key Performance Indicators The Finance Manager's performance will be measured based on accuracy of financial reporting, cost savings, cash-flow performance, audit outcomes, and compliance with requirements.
