Our client is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Finance Manager to take responsibility for the financial management of a diversified wine-estate business incorporating vineyards, wine production and sales, hospitality and property activities.
 
The role requires strong management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, cost and inventory accounting, management reporting and financial controls. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and must be capable of translating financial information into practical commercial insight and recommendations.
 

POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Management & Reporting Cost & Operational Accounting Strategic & Operational Planning Compliance & Governance Payroll & HR Administration Systems & Process Management REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-10 years financial management experience; agriculture or manufacturing experience advantageous. Strong understanding of vineyard/winery cost structures and seasonal cash cycles. Experience with payroll, HR administration, and labour legislation. Proficiency in accounting systems including EzyWine / EzyPro and Excel‑based modelling.
