POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Reporting Oversee the full finance and accounting function. Lead monthly management reporting and financial analysis. Prepare annual financial statements and statutory reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the business. Provide strategic financial insights to support leadership decision-making. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Drive cash flow planning and working capital management. Monitor financial performance against budgets and key business objectives. Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and financial efficiency. Operational & Manufacturing Finance Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting. Oversee manufacturing costing and cost analysis. Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies and margins. Analyse business performance and recommend improvements across the operation. Governance, Compliance & Controls Drive strong financial controls and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Support audit processes and maintain financial integrity. Implement and maintain best-practice financial procedures. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
