About the Role Our client is seeking a commercially-minded and entrepreneurial Financial Director to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the long-term strategic direction of a leading organisation within the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic financial management and commercial decision-making to support business expansion. Oversee comprehensive cash flow management and optimise working capital. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights that go beyond standard financial reporting. Implement financial controls and processes that foster integrity and operational efficiency. Take a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and mitigating commercial risks. Contribute to the long-term sustainability and scaling of the organisation through innovative financial leadership. Requirements Qualified CA(SA) is essential. Proven experience in a senior financial management or leadership capacity. Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage complex working capital and cash flow environments. High levels of integrity, curiosity, and initiative.
