Minimum Requirements CA(SA) qualification 2-4 years' post-articles experience Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills Commercial finance and management reporting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities Experience within a complex or multi-divisional environment advantageous Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance & Business Partnering Partner with operational and departmental leaders to support strategic decision-making Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance Evaluate profitability, cost drivers, and business opportunities Support commercial initiatives through detailed analysis and business case development Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for operational improvement Financial Analysis & Performance Management Analyse revenue, margins, operating expenses, and key business metrics Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support management decision-making Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Assist with scenario modelling and financial planning activities Prepare forecasts and performance projections Monitor business unit performance against financial objectives Management Reporting Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required Key Competencies Strong commercial acumen Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive and solutions-driven mindset High attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong business partnering capabilities Why Apply?
