Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Professional Accountant (SA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or CIMA are advantageous. At least 3-5 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance. Experience with ERP systems, financial controls, and business process improvement.
