Financial Clerk (3 Month Contract) - Syspro Experience Needed

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
• Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters
• Maintain and update financial documentation and filing systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a financial support role or similar position
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Syspro experience
