POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Act as the key link between Head Office and operational sites, ensuring financial objectives are met. Analyse site performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor and manage stock controls, reporting, and operational efficiencies. Drive process improvements through AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions. Conduct regular site visits to support operations, provide financial guidance, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' finance experience within a commercial environment or completed articles with commercial exposure. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and operational finance. Experience with AI, automation initiatives, or technology-led process improvements. Assertive personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Apply now!
