POSITION INFO:
Our client, based in Somerset West , is seeking a highly driven and technically strong Finance Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function of the business Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Prepare and review management accounts Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls Manage tax, VAT, audit, and statutory requirements Drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiencies Provide strategic financial analysis and support to senior management Oversee and mentor the finance team Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies Requirements: BCom Accounting / Finance CA(SA) qualification is beneficial Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role Strong technical accounting and reporting skills Experience managing the full finance function Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Must be comfortable with regular travel Advanced Excel and financial systems experience advantageous Why Apply?
