POSITION INFO:
Lead Finance in a thriving mining manufacturing environment where your strategic insight and commercial acumen can make a real impact . This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) to join a well-established and growing organisation supporting the mining sector. Based in Brits , this role offers exposure to both operational and strategic finance, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business performance and profitability. As the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the full finance function while providing strategic financial leadership to the business. The successful candidate will partner with operational and executive teams to ensure sound financial management, compliance, reporting accuracy, and commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance and accounting function Lead monthly management reporting and financial analysis Prepare annual financial statements and statutory reporting Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Drive financial controls, governance, and compliance Ensure accurate management of inventory and manufacturing costing Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification is essential Minimum 5-8 years' finance experience, with exposure to manufacturing, mining, engineering, or related industrial environments Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls Proven leadership and people management experience Apply now!
