Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports related to insurance products.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate terms and secure the best rates for clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations within the finance and insurance sectors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues concerning policies and claims.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective financial strategies and promotional materials for insurance products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in legislation affecting finance and insurance.
- Educate clients on the financial aspects of insurance policies and assist them in making informed decisions.

Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in finance and insurance roles, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and a solid understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in insurance or finance, such as the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in financial technology (fintech) and their applications in the insurance industry.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role within the finance or insurance sectors.
