Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to join professional corporate vehicle dealerships in Johannesburg. We are looking for target-driven F&I professionals with strong motor industry experience, excellent customer relationship skills and a proven ability to achieve finance and insurance targets. DUTIES: Manage vehicle finance and insurance transactions from application to finalisation. Assist customers with suitable vehicle finance, insurance and value-added products. Prepare and submit finance applications and supporting documentation. Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding finance applications and approvals. Ensure all F&I transactions comply with relevant legislation and dealership requirements. Work closely with Vehicle Sales Executives to ensure efficient deal finalisation. Maintain accurate customer records and F&I documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly finance, insurance and value-added product targets. Handle high volumes of vehicle transactions while maintaining excellent customer service. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager . Previous F&I experience within a corporate vehicle dealership \/ motor industry environment . NQF 4 FAIS Qualification, RE Accreditation and NCA Accreditation . Proven track record of achieving F&I sales targets. Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of vehicle transactions. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Valid SA Driver’s Licence . Grade 12 \/ Matric . Clear criminal record.
