FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – UNDERGROUND MINING EQUIPMENT (LYDENBURG / RUSTENBURG)

SUMMARY:
Maintain, inspect, diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on underground mining equipment, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric Recognised Trade Test in Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electrical or Millwright (Section 13 and\/or 26) Minimum 3 years' experience in an underground mechanised mining environment Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining TMM LHDs, dump trucks, drill rigs and roof bolters Valid Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket) Valid Code 08 driver's licence Experience in electrical fault-finding, maintenance and repairs Knowledge of mining safety procedures and compliance Strong troubleshooting, recordkeeping and communication skills By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
