Job purpose

To manage the overall facilities operations of the shopping mall, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality maintenance, safety compliance, and an exceptional environment for tenants and visitors.

What you will be doing

• Manage daily facilities operations, including hard and soft services.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, elevators, and other building systems.
• Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services.
• Monitor contractor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, operational requirements, and fit-out activities.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare and monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead the facilities team, including engineers, technicians, and service supervisors.
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance plans, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure the mall is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Previous experience in shopping malls, commercial centers, or large retail properties is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building systems.
• Experience in managing hard and soft services.
• Strong contractor management and SLA/KPI monitoring skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and MS Office.
