Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Secure suitable finance deals for customers by obtaining required supporting documentation
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customers with clear, appropriate and compliant advice regarding finance options
- Present and facilitate the sale of approved value-added products
- Ensure all finance, insurance, and deal documentation is accurate and complete
- Oversee and monitor the debtors book relating to finance transactions
- Ensure FICA and RMCP requirements are met for finance transactions
- Maintain regular communication with customers, sales executives, finance houses, and insurers
- Support effective administration by ensuring customer files and compliance records are complete
- Take ownership of personal performance and continuous professional development
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum of three years' financial services or dealership finance experience
- FAIS accreditation in line with Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements
- NCA, RE, COB, and CPD requirements must be completed
- Sound knowledge of vehicle finance and credit application processes
