POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: New Business Development: Actively hunt for new leads, cold call, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular site visits and consultations. Solution Selling: Understand client project requirements and recommend the ideal machinery solutions to meet their needs. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and quoting to negotiation and closing. Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in external\/field sales, preferably within the industrial, machinery, engineering, or construction sectors. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle (frequent travel to client sites is required).
