  • Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth through enterprise and multinational clients, strategic partnerships and new markets
  • Hold overall P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting to the board
  • Establish robust governance, risk and compliance frameworks aligned to labour, tax and data protection legislation
  • Build, lead and retain a high-calibre executive and operational team
  • Champion operational excellence and technology-enabled service delivery
  • Lead senior-level commercial negotiations and key client relationships

  • Extensive experience engaging, negotiating with and retaining enterprise and multinational clients
  • A background in TES, staffing or HR services, and exposure to multi-country EOR operations, will be advantageous

Leadership attributes

  • Visionary, strategic and commercially incisive
  • Board-level presence and influence
  • Sound judgement in managing legal, financial and reputational risk
  • A proven ability to build culture and lead through growth and change
  • Unquestionable integrity and discretion
