Enterprise Architect

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecoms sector is looking for an Enterprise Architect on a contract duration of  6 to 12 months.

POSITION INFO:
Commercial Delivery Managed Services: Engage consumer and business stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to define the digital product vision Works closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and opportunities that can be delivered through the squad and feeds into the product vision Prioritizes initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously refines the backlog to keep it up to date for maximum business value through regular increments Responsible for defining and tracking KPIs as part of the ongoing business reviews, along with the corresponding feedback and reporting of commercial performance Uses data to develop and define user stories and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap for the introduction and enhancement of the digital journeys Participates in the necessary agile ceremonies to reaffirm priorities, clarify requirements, approve the release plan, and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria Drive customer adoption and usage of digital products and services Performance will be measured against product sales and growth, revenue, adoption and usage, customer satisfaction (NPS), goal completion rates, cross-selling, and sales funnel improvements.
