POSITION INFO:
FMCG Company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to guide and manage their Engineering Department. The successful candidate would be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the Engineering department, ensuring minimum downtime on all plant equipment, machinery and utilities. You will ensure that all procedures and processes are correctly followed while also ensuring that all targets are met. You will also be accountable for the department's annual budget and will be expected to initiate continues improvements on equipment efficiency, cost saving projects, risk mitigation, asset care and overall operational excellence. Requirements: Minimum: Degree in Engineering field. 5 Years related Engineering experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
