POSITION INFO:
Location: Project / Site Based - As per Operational Requirements Responsibilities Lead and develop a hands-on engineering maintenance team. Keep drilling rigs, plant and equipment running reliably. Plan maintenance, tackle breakdowns and minimise downtime. Manage spares, costs, quality and safety compliance. Ensure workmanship meets OEM and MHSA standards. Requirements Matric, relevant Trade Test and N6/National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years' post-trade experience in mining, drilling or heavy industry. At least 3 years' supervisory/foreman experience. Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills. Valid driver's licence, medical fitness and willingness to travel. Advantageous: Raise-boring/drilling rig experience, GCC or CMMS exposure. Salary If you're confident that you fit the role, let's chat! The salary is open for discussion.
