Engineering Field Service Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Engineering Field Service Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of field service technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all field service activities are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Engineering Field Service Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring field service technicians, providing technical support, and resolving any customer complaints or issues.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of field service technicians
- Schedule and assign field service work orders to technicians
- Monitor and ensure that all work orders are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians
- Conduct training and mentorship programs for technicians
- Monitor and maintain field service equipment and tools
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on field service activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in engineering field service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge in engineering principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues
- Experience working with a variety of field service equipment and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
