POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate's main duties and responsibilities will include: Implementation of energy metering solutions including hardware, communication and software. Project Management of electrical installation contractors. Design of electrical metering and communications enclosures. Setup and configuration of meters and communication hardware. Setup and Maintenance of Electric Power Monitoring Expert Software. Setup of Company's Energy Management Software. Creation of simple Reports for the Power Monitoring Expert and in-house Energy Management systems. Liaise with clients to provide the optimal integrated metering solution. Requirements: Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering - BTech \/ BEng \/ BSc Eng (non-negotiable) 1 - 3+ years related experience Experience within an electrical energy management and metering environment highly recommended Experience in energy management analysis and optimization Project coordination or project management knowledge beneficial Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Desktop and Server Hardware, and Networks Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server will be an advantage Primary business written and spoken language will be English. Proficiency in Afrikaans required to effectively communicate in bilingual meetings Must have a Code-B Driver's license (manual) Must be willing to travel to project sites Personal Attributes: Sound problem solver Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Good people and communication skills Keen team player Remuneration: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience Interested?
