SUMMARY:
A job opportunity is available within the manufacturing sector for an Electrician based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will oversee electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. You will also manage planned maintenance, breakdown support, fault finding, shutdown activities, and new installations. The role includes implementing electrical upgrades, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce downtime. To be considered, you should have Matric and be a Trade Tested Electrician with an N2 Electrical qualification. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment is required, along with PLC fault-finding experience and strong electrical knowledge. You should demonstrate good communication and numerical skills, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently under pressure.
