Are you an Electrical Draughtsman looking to join an engineering firm?
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Draughtsman to join their team and play an important role in the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Produce accurate electrical and solar PV drawings, layouts and schematics. Prepare and update single-line diagrams, general arrangement drawings and DB schematics. Revise drawings based on site changes and engineering mark-ups. Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications. Assist with SSEG, Eskom and municipal submissions. Maintain accurate drawing archives and project documentation. Support site teams during installation, commissioning and post-installation reviews. Collaborate with Engineering, Projects and Procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with engineers, consultants and clients where required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in electrical drafting or a related field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant CAD software. Experience with electrical systems and technical drawings. Ability to interpret technical specifications and client requirements
