E-commerce Sales Intern

About you

• You're organised, detail-oriented and curious about how e-commerce works. You enjoy keeping things on track, supporting a team and figuring things out. No experience? No problem! We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are available to commit to a full-time, 3-month internship.
• Are in your final year of or have completed any BSc or BCom degree, or have completed a diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Are keen to learn about planning, logistics and sales operations.
• Communicate well, work independently and enjoy being part of a team.
• Are comfortable with Gmail, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Learn quickly, adapt to change and take feedback on board.

What you'll be getting up to

• Keep things moving: Handle admin, follow-ups and reminders to keep the team on track.
• Get the details right: Capture accurate product information in our systems.
• Learn from the pros: Shadow senior team members during supplier meetings and interactions.
• Spreadsheet wizardry: Compile spreadsheets and keep information up to date for meetings and sales campaigns.
• Put products to the test: Help evaluate new products against our quality requirements.
• You'll gain hands-on experience and discover what makes a fast-paced e-commerce business tick.
