DIRECTOR GQEBERHA/ PORT ELIZABETH Market related salary offered Are you a strategic, compassionate leader with the vision to make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and youth? A respected non-profit organization seeks an experienced Director to lead its residential child and youth care services and skills development programmes. Reporting to the Management Board, you will drive strategy, financial sustainability, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, governance and operational excellence. Requirements: • Relevant tertiary qualification and strong financial management expertise. • Minimum 10 years' senior management experience. • Proven success in fundraising, donor relations and people leadership. • Experience in human resources, budgeting and governance including asset & risk management. • Fluent in English and Afrikaans with own transport and a valid driver's license.
