Digital Content Creator

Job Purpose:

• To create and publish digital content that supports Hollard’s brand, communication and campaign objectives across approved platforms and channels. 
• The role is responsible for the day-to-day development, adaptation and distribution of content that drives audience engagement, supports digital visibility and contributes to consistent brand messaging. 

Key Performance Areas:

• Support the implementation of approved digital content plans in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements 
• Assist in maintaining editorial calendars and content schedules for digital platforms 
• Support the maintenance and updating of the Hollard content hub and related digital content platforms 
• Create and adapt digital content for use across multiple formats 
• Provide content creation and production support for The Purple Couch vodcast series 
• Maintain digital and social media content calendars and publishing schedules 
• Schedule campaign content, launches and always-on activity in line with approved plans 
• Adapt content for different digital platforms in line with channel requirements and audience needs 
• Publish and distribute content across approved channels
• Support campaign rollout through timely content publishing and distribution across channels 
• Apply basic SEO requirements to digital content in line with agreed guidelines and templates 
• Track content performance metrics and provide reports to support review and improvement 
• Support the development of leadership and business content by coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for digital content activities
• Processing and tracking marketing invoices
• Coordinating with external vendors and agencies on content-related requirements

Required Knowledge and Experience    

• 2–4 years’ experience in content, communications or digital marketing 
• Experience in creating, adapting and publishing content across digital channels 
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, website content updates and basic SEO principles 
• Strong organisation, content development and administrative coordination skills 

Educational Requirements    

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
