Development Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Development Manager, To originate, structure and deliver industrial property developments. This role is suited to an entrepreneurial development professional who combines strong commercial instincts with the ability to  manage developments from opportunity identification through to completion.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Property Studies, Real Estate, Town and Regional Planning, or a related built-environment discipline. Relevant property development experience may be considered in lieu of a directly related qualification. Experience 5 to 10 years' experience in property development or related built environment disciplines, with involvement in industrial, logistics, warehousing, infrastructure or land development. Experience in negotiating or supporting commercial property transactions, including development agreements, leases, acquisitions or related agreements. Please call us on for more information.
