Where You'll Make an Impact: Support the General Manager in shaping the overall management and strategic vision of the hotel Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all operational departments Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and legislation Develop and implement strategies aligned with the hotel’s mission, vision, and values Drive exceptional guest experiences, uphold service excellence, and monitor guest satisfaction Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and cost management Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance hotel culture Build strong relationships with key guests, clients, partners, and stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimisation, and financial performance management Identify opportunities for service, product, and guest proposition enhancements Maintain operational responsibility in the General Manager’s absence Lead, coach, and develop department heads and hotel teams What We'll Require: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the 5-star hospitality market Proven experience in a Deputy General Manager or similar senior leadership role Demonstrated financial and commercial acuity Strong leadership, strategic planning, and management skills Excellent guest relations and stakeholder management abilities Good understanding of compliance management and health and safety standards Nice to Have: Experience within the gambling industry What We'll Give You: Competitive salary ranging from R55,000 to R65,000 per month (Cost to Company) If you are driven by excellence and ready to lead a high-calibre team towards continued success, this is your chance to make a significant impact in the hospitality industry.
