Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dentist to join their dental practice in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 5–6 years of private practice experience, with a strong passion for high-quality, minimally invasive dentistry and advanced digital dental solutions.

This opportunity is suited to a commercially driven dental professional who prioritises clinical excellence, patient experience and quality treatment outcomes over high-volume dentistry. The successful candidate should be confident in delivering premium dental services, building lasting patient relationships and managing a strong patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality general and advanced dental treatments.
• Apply minimally invasive dentistry principles wherever clinically appropriate.
• Utilise digital dentistry technologies and modern dental equipment to improve treatment accuracy and patient outcomes.
• Maintain exceptional clinical standards and patient care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Present treatment options and recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Manage patient expectations and ensure a positive overall patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice.
• Manage a commercially successful patient portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on clinical quality.

• Relevant BDS or equivalent recognised dental qualification.
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in private dental practice.
• Strong clinical experience and demonstrated treatment capabilities.
• Experience or a strong interest in digital dentistry.
• Knowledge and application of minimally invasive dental techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Strong treatment planning and case presentation abilities.
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to recommend and deliver high-value dental treatments.
• Comfortable working within a commission-based remuneration structure with no guaranteed basic salary.
