Delivery & People Operations Manager

• Reporting to Delivery Leadership, you will lead the operations team behind large delivery teams working on long-term customer accounts. You take over the recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day administration that slows account leaders down, and you make it run smoothly.

What you will own

• Onboarding of new team members, including MIE checks and compliance
• Timesheets, records and logistics for teams of around 200 people
• Team building, corporate lunches and mentorship programmes
• Streamlined admin that frees delivery leadership to focus on customers

What you bring

• A three-year degree from a recognised institution
• 8+ years in administration, HR and/or finance
• Consultancy business model experience preferred
• You fix the process, not just the problem
• You are organised, calm and trusted by leadership teams
