POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity This role lets you use your administration knowledge to keep operations running smoothly. You will receive great team backing while developing your skills. Your careful work will help the company deliver great service to every valued customer. Job Description Match supplier delivery notes, purchase orders, and tax invoices accurately. Reconcile debtor customer accounts daily against incoming bank deposits and receipts. Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations against the creditors sub-ledger systematically. Post credit notes, debit adjustments, and bank charges into the accounting system. Allocate customer payment remittances quickly to ensure ledger records remain up to date. Follow up on overdue accounts through friendly, professional phone calls and emails. What You Need to Apply Matric (Grade 12) with core Mathematics or Accounting. At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on debtors and creditors experience. Practical working experience using Sage Evolution, Pastel Partner, or similar accounting software. Solid Microsoft skills, including Excel and Word. Sound practical understanding of standard South African VAT rules and tax invoices. Accurate numerical ability paired with strong attention to everyday ledger detail. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
