POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications. - Build scalable and responsive mobile solutions using modern frameworks. - Integrate applications with APIs and third-party services. - Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance application performance. - Collaborate within an Agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of software development experience, including mobile app development. - Strong experience with Ionic, Vue.js, TypeScript, and Capacitor . - Experience building Android applications and working with Android Studio. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend integration, databases, and mobile security. - Experience with Git and software development best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Advantageous Experience Experience with Node.js or NestJS . - Experience deploying applications to the Google Play Store. - Knowledge of push notifications, biometrics, geolocation, and offline synchronisation. - Exposure to iOS mobile application development. Location Pretoria East (Hybrid Model - 2 days in office) Qualifications Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. - A demonstrable portfolio of mobile applications developed using Ionic, Vue, TypeScript, and Capacitor will be highly advantageous.
