Credit Controller (iOCO0189)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Finance team. If you have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships while ensuring effective debt management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and proactively monitor customer accounts.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and drive timely collections.

• Perform account reconciliations and efficiently resolve account queries.

• Prepare debtor reports and age analysis.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to credit policies.

• Contribute to reducing overdue debt and improving cash flow.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.

• 3–5 years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
