POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: This role requires a fully CGMA-qualified professional with proven experience in product costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with operational and executive leadership teams to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full costing function across the manufacturing operation Develop, maintain, and improve product costing models and methodologies Conduct detailed cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability reporting Monitor manufacturing costs, overhead allocations, and inventory valuations Analyse production efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities Prepare monthly management accounts and operational performance reports Job Experience and Skills Required: Fully CGMA Qualified (Essential) BCom Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related degree Minimum 5 years' experience in a Costing Manager, Senior Cost Accountant, or Management Accounting role within a manufacturing environment Apply now!
