POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: Reporting into senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate costing information, financial analysis, and management reporting to support key business decisions. You will work closely with operational teams, providing valuable insights into production costs, inventory management, margins, and overall business performance. This role requires an individual who can confidently manage the full costing and management accounting function while influencing operational efficiencies and driving cost-saving initiatives throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company's costing and management accounting functions Analyse manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability Maintain and review standard costing models and costing methodologies Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and production costs Perform detailed variance analysis and provide commentary to management Develop monthly management accounts and operational reports Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Job Experience and Skills Required: Fully CGMA Qualified is essential BCom Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or similar qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Extensive costing and management accounting experience Apply now!
