SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Cost & Management Accountant to join our wholesale client based in Congella

We are looking for a seasoned, commercially minded professional with strong costing, analytical and reporting experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with BI, modern financial systems and advanced Excel, and will use financial information to support business decisions and improve profitability.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an extremely cold manufacturing environment and entering the manufacturing plant when required.

This role will suit a very experienced Cost & Management Accountant who is commercially astute, highly analytical and comfortable working with modern systems, BI and advanced Excel.

The successful candidate should be able to look beyond the numbers and provide meaningful insights that support business performance.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Relevant Cost & Management Accounting qualification. Solid experience in Cost & Management Accounting. Strong manufacturing, wholesale or inventory-related costing experience. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working with BI tools and modern accounting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of product costing, stock, margins, variances and profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage and analyse product costing and cost variances. Monitor stock, inventory and cost movements. Analyse margins, profitability and business performance. Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis. Provide accurate financial information and insights to management. Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved profitability. Work closely with operational and finance teams to improve cost control and reporting. Utilise BI and advanced Excel to analyse data and support decision-making
