Control Systems Engineer

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements BEng\/BSc\/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field 3-8 years' experience in industrial automation and control systems Strong PLC programming experience (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar) Experience with SCADA and HMI development Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and networking Proven commissioning and troubleshooting experience Willingness to travel to client sites when required Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems Program, configure, and test automation solutions for industrial plants Develop functional design specifications and control philosophies Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) Provide commissioning support and system start-up assistance Diagnose and resolve control system faults and operational issues Integrate instrumentation, drives, motors, and field devices into automation systems Configure industrial communication networks and protocols Develop control system documentation, user manuals, and technical reports Support plant optimization initiatives through process automation improvements Assist with the modernization and migration of legacy control systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on turnkey projects Provide technical support and training to clients and maintenance personnel Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures Participate in system upgrades, continuous improvement projects, and digital transformation initiatives Apply now!
