Description

Contract administration manages the contract from the pre-contract to the final stages. This person is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, loading and administrating Contracts. The purpose of contract administration is to administer a contract which defines the need, develops a means and method to meet the need, ensures that all the legal requirements are met, assessing any and all risks, allocating necessary resources, monitoring the actual contract.

  • Reviewing, analysing, loading and administration of Contracts
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (ASTEA will be an advantage)
  • Loading and maintenance of Service Contracts (Including High Volume contracts - XGS)
  • Renewing and maintaining expired Contracts
  • Contract cancellations and settlements for early terminations
  • Attending to queries and reports
  • Daily filing and Scanning
  • Dealing with client request and queries
  • Day to day problem solving relating to contracts

Job Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2 Years administration and contracts experience
  • High level of accountability and responsibility
  • Detail orientated (ability to spot errors and inconsistencies)
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension, with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team at all levels as well as on your own
  • Ability to manage contracts
  • Deliver an efficient and effective service both internal and external.
