Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to provide administrative support to the Company Secretariat and assist with the effective management of governance records, Board and committee documentation, resolutions and statutory administration.

Previous experience in a company secretarial environment is not a prerequisite. We are particularly interested in individuals who demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, professionalism and a genuine interest in corporate governance.
This role offers the opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate governance, Board administration, statutory compliance and company secretarial processes within a leading organisation.
