SUMMARY:

A Commis Chef assists in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. This entry-level culinary position provides hands-on experience and training in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to food safety procedures. Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
