YOUR PLAYING FIELD Build a high-performance commercial engine across telesales, field sales, key accounts and national sales. Drive revenue, margins, pricing discipline and customer profitability. Strengthen distribution, cold-chain execution and retail partnerships. Win and grow strategic relationships with major retailers and national customers. Develop the structures, systems, KPIs and incentive models needed to scale sustainably. Lead from the front, challenge the status quo and turn strategy into execution. WHO ARE YOU? A commercially sharp, hands-on executive with 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a related sector. You understand cold-chain environments, know how to build winning sales teams and have the track record to prove you can grow a business profitably.
