POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize collections campaigns and strategies. Manage and enhance the end-to-end client journey within the collections environment. Analyse portfolio and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities. Develop data-driven recommendations to improve collections outcomes. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies. Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable business insights. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Science, or a related field. Proven experience within a collections-focused environment. Experience designing and implementing collections strategies and campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
