POSITION INFO:
Qualification Matric BTech or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Requirements 2 - 3 Years experience operating utilities or industrial process plants (especially in beverage / FMCG sectors) Familiarity with pressure vessels, compressors, SCADA/PLC control systems, basic mechanical/instrumentation troubleshooting Duties Monitor plant parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rates, and gas purity) using control systems, HMI/SCADA interfaces Collect gas samples, conduct purity and quality tests, and ensure compliance with food-grade or industrial standards (such as ISO 22000, FSSC, or HACCP in beverage and food plants) Perform minor equipment servicing, inspect compressors, valves, and gas detectors, and assist maintenance teams during planned shutdowns or breakdowns Record daily production logs, monitor zero-leak/safety thresholds under regulations like the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act, and handle road tanker loading
