CNC Programmer and Operator

SUMMARY:
Company based in Kempton Park is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to join their team. We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator / Programmer to operate, program and manage CNC machinery used for cutting and processing glass, marble and other materials. The successful candidate must have practical CNC experience, knowledge of CAD software and the ability to interpret technical drawings and produce accurate, high-quality cuts.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities * Operate and program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. * Create, edit and run CNC programs directly on the machine. * Use existing templates to program and operate machinery. * Interpret technical drawings and CAD designs. * Use 3D machine simulations to visualise cutting processes before production. * Ensure accurate cutting, quality control and minimal material wastage. * Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance. * Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards. * Work with different materials, including glass, marble and stone. Minimum Requirements * Minimum of 3 years' relevant CNC experience. * Practical experience operating and programming CNC machinery. * Knowledge of 3-axis and\/or 5-axis CNC machines. * CAD knowledge and the ability to interpret technical drawings. * Ability to program and operate machinery independently. * A strong understanding of precision cutting and production processes.
