📍 Location: Constantia/Somerset 💼 Department: Retail 📋 Employment Type: Permanent An established premium retail brand is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who is passionate about customer service, team development and operational excellence, with the ability to create a premium shopping experience while achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets. Monitor sales performance, reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth. Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver outstanding customer service. Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff. Manage staff scheduling, performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain effective stock control, inventory accuracy and shrinkage prevention. Ensure high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising. Manage cash handling, banking, reconciliations and customer orders. Complete operational reports and communicate performance updates to management. Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards. What We're Looking For Matric / Grade 12 is essential. An additional relevant qualification would be advantageous. At least 5 years' experience in retail and retail management. Proven ability to drive sales and deliver strong commercial results. Experience training, coaching and managing retail teams. Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent stock management, reporting and organisational abilities. Experience within luxury or premium retail would be advantageous.
