Client Services Representative

The Client Services team are looking to fill the position of a Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative will report directly to the relevant Client Service Manager.

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working withing the printing industry is mandatory
• Fluent in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) is mandatory
• Able to multi-task
• Great organisation skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Confident, friendly, well spoken, presentable and outgoing
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy
• Team player but must be able to work independently as well
• Must be able to follow procedures strictly and to cope well under pressure
• Able to work towards deadlines
• Reliable and punctual
• Code 8 drivers’ licence is advantageous
• Attend the various training programmes identified for the role
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing clients’ orders through the MIS Order Management System efficiently.
• Liaise with clients (both internal and external)
• Liaise with suppliers
• Provide support to clients with reference to order and production related queries in an efficient and professional manner.
