Western Cape, CPT - Northern Suburbs TYGERVALLEY R 9500 - R 10000 Monthly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable) Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists clients in ENGLISH, TSWANA, SEPEDI, OR SESOTHO in enquiries and product info Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists Clients telephonically and resolve enquiries Duties and Responsibilities: Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Tswana, Sesotho or Sepedi Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral or Life Insurance knowledge will be preferred. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required. Additional Language(s) will be favourable.
