Our client is an established and growing Cape Town-based business with a strong focus on customer service and building long-term client relationships. They are looking for a confident, personable and professional individual to join their team in a client-facing role , with a strong focus on visiting clients, developing relationships and representing the business professionally. THE ROLE This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being out in the field and building genuine relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, conducting client visits and helping to strengthen the company's client base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Visit existing and prospective clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Represent the company professionally at client meetings Develop and maintain regular communication with clients Identify client needs and opportunities Follow up with clients and ensure excellent service Assist in developing and growing the client base Maintain accurate client information and follow-ups REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English and Afrikaans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident and professional when dealing with clients Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Well-presented and comfortable conducting client visits Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's licence Previous experience in client relations, sales, business development, customer service or a similar client-facing role will be advantageous START DATE Within 2 weeks WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a people person — someone confident, friendly and professional who genuinely enjoys meeting clients, building relationships and representing a business.
