Client Insights / Mystery Shopper

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mystery shopping visits at automotive dealerships
• Assess customer service, sales approach and dealership experience
• Evaluate staff professionalism, product knowledge and responsiveness
• Observe and report on dealership processes and standards
• Complete detailed reports following each visit
• Provide clear and objective client insights
• Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement
• Travel to various dealership locations across Gauteng

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive sales, retail, research or mystery shopping advantageous
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and discreet approach
• Able to provide accurate and unbiased feedback
• Strong report-writing and administrative skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential
• Willing and able to travel throughout Gauteng
• Flexible availability
